What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept all major credit cards for any transaction wish is processed by our order processor-Pay Pal.
Do I pay sales tax?
We will only charge you sales tax if the order you place is being shipped in the state of Texas. All orders outside of the state of Texas will not be charged sales tax. Texas sales tax is 8.25%.
How fast will my orders be shipped?
Orders usually ship within 1-2 business days from the date the order is placed.
Do you ship outside the USA?
No, not at this time.
Do you ship to a PO Box #?
We do not ship to a PO Box #. We only deliver to a physical shipping address.
What if my shipment is damaged?
Sometimes situations arise that are out of our control. Among the most common is damaged merchandise through shipping. In the case that your order, in whole or in part, is damaged by the carrier it has to be claimed with that carrier. We will replace defective merchandise but cannot be held liable for the actions of the freight carrier.
Do you ship orders to military addresses?

What is your warranties and guarantee?
All of our products carry warranties and some carry extended warranties. ALL PRODUCTS HAVE A 15 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
What is your return policy?

We should be notified no later than 15 days after you receive your order should you want to return your merchandise. ALL PRODUCTS HAVE A 15 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE!
Returns are accepted:
1) If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the merchandise.
2) If the merchandise is defective.
All postage fees, both to you and back to us are the responsibility of the purchaser. All returns must be preauthorized. There will be a 15% restocking fee on all returned merchandise. (No restocking fee on exchanges.)

Carraway Bags is not responsible for any misrepresentation of products by the manufacturer or by its distributors. Pictures and descriptions are provided by the respective manufacturer.
We will accept almost all exchanges. Some reasons that will NOT ALLOW us to accept exchanges are:
1) Merchandise was ordered more than 10 days ago. (you must exchange with the manufacturer after 15 days)
2) Merchandise was mishandled (broken) by the purchaser.
3) Merchandise is used or not in a resalable condition.
1) Orders can be canceled only if the order has not yet been shipped.
Do you have a showroom?
We do not have a showroom at this time. In order to keep overhead low and merchandise costs even lower we have only an internet business with no showroom, but we are planning to have one in the near furture.
